Historical dinners: Eat as they did at the Bath Hotels
Museum curator and food historian Bettina Buhl from The Green Museum has been a historical food consultant on TV2's popular series "Badehotellet". Bettina has selected some exciting dishes that have had an impact on the series. During each dish there will be stories about the Badehotellerne in Denmark, the work of preparing food for the "better bourgeoisie", and about the view of a healthy life by and in the sea.
Some themes have been selected – each theme has different stories and servings that suit the decade in question:
The Bath Hotel: The Happy 1920s and the Troubled 1930s.
