The winner of the Game of the Year 2022 has been found.

The winning dish in the Game Dish of the Year 2022 – created by Anika Madsen from Restaurant Fasangården.
A lovely and atmospheric Sunday at the Green Museum ended with a well-deserved awarding of the winner of the Game Dish of the Year when Anika Madsen from Restaurant Fasangården (formerly) won a close cooking competition.
Although the heavy gray clouds threatened all day, and occasionally made themselves known, the weather remained mostly dry throughout the day, which offered a fantastic day with lots of gastronomic masterpieces, wonderful tastings, and eminent culinary achievements.
In addition, the competition was 'wrapped' in a lot of exciting activities that the visitors really seemed to enjoy.
During the day, people tried their hand at archery and cooking their own pheasant. In addition, there were tastings, stalls with great products, a lot of exciting hunting history at both Gammel Estrup Denmark's Manor Museum and The Green Museum and of course a hunting dog show.
A really nice day, and I'm sure there are many who are already looking forward to 2023.
