At the Green Museum, there will be full activity on Saturday, May 4th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, where we will be holding the first 'Living Saturday' of the year.

BIG – Visit the exhibition with The Forest Guild, where you can learn about forestry through the ages.
The House of Food:
The Food Guild serves tastings of potato pancakes from 1961, a historic dish that awakens the taste buds.
The Butchers offers a taste of finches, a traditional delicacy.
Brewers Guild invites you to taste freshly brewed beer, perfect for curious palates.
Historical Workshop:
The Beekeepers' Guild pampers with honey and mead.
The dairy farmers demonstrates the production of butter and fresh cheese with accompanying freshly baked bread.
In the Agriculture and Technology Exhibition – Our museum curator Anette S. Møller will give presentations three times during the day about the development of mechanization and the agricultural culture in Denmark.
So the day offers a wide range of crafts, storytelling and culinary experiences, and it's an ideal day for the whole family to delve into historical activities and traditions.
