Historical dinners: Eat as they did at the Bath Hotels
Museumsinspektør og madhistoriker Bettina Buhl fra Det Grønne Museum har været historisk madkonsulent på TV2’s populære serie “Badehotellet”. Bettina har udvalgt nogle spændende serveringer, der har haft betydning for serien. Under hver servering vil der være fortællinger om Badehotellerne i Danmark, arbejdet med at tilberede mad til “det bedre borgerskab”, og om synet på det sunde liv ved og i havet.
