Famous chef Umut Sakarya visits the Green Museum to make short videos with food historian Bettina Buhl.

We are happy to announce that the famous Danish chef Umut Sakarya will be visiting The Green Museum on September 4th!

In collaboration with our talented food historian, Bettina Buhl, Umut will make a series of exciting videos that delve into the history of food and the museum's unique House of Food.

Located behind a closed glass door, we encourage our visitors to take a look, as long as it is done without disturbing others. It is a fantastic opportunity to get a glimpse of how traditional Danish food culture is conveyed by one of the country's most passionate chefs.
