Meet the Food Guild in Madens Hus, where they work with the old historical dishes and with the old tools that existed back then. Depending on when you visit the museum, it will be different dishes and eras that the museum's volunteers in the food guild work with and from.

But no matter what they're doing, they always have time for a nice dialogue about cooking and the historical recipe they're working with – and there will usually also be tastings as the dishes are finished.
