As a bowmaker, it takes a lot of patience to create a good bow from a piece of wood, and that is exactly what the Bow Guild does. They meet and work with wooden poles at carving benches, where they carefully make longbows with hand tools. Strings and arrows are also one of the tasks for the guild.
Come and meet them in STORT, where they show both the work involved in making and the finished bows.
