MAJOR MOVE

Tree sky
In just a few days – Monday, August 22 – we at The Green Museum will begin packing up and moving our popular exhibition about the forest; BIG.
The reason why the exhibition is being moved is a very positive one. The exhibition is being moved to new premises to make room for a new large basic exhibition.
Because as we have previously said, we are about to embark on the Green Museum's major exhibition initiative, which will convey the Danish history of hunting, forests, agriculture and food over the last 70 years in one coherent narrative.
The new exhibition will be built where the exhibition STORT is currently housed.
The move of STORT will take some time, as it is, among other things, a large digital forest sky of 800 m2 that we have to move – in addition, there are some huge logging machines, exhibition stands and a single aurochs. But we expect to be able to reopen the exhibition during the month of October.
