Here you will be able to see for yourself how the space is being built and how the whole process is progressing. There will also be an opportunity to hear about the work of gathering the last 80 years of Danish history within hunting, forestry, agriculture and food culture into one unified narrative and hear about some specially selected stories.
The times for the sneak peek tour are:
- At 11:00
- At 12:30
- At 2:00 PM
And with an exhibition hall of over 1000 m2 where the new exhibition is being built, there is room for everyone.
An exhibition with visions
The upcoming exhibition will be the museum's largest ever venture. It has been created in collaboration with the award-winning architects JAC Studios and the Dutch exhibition company Heijmerink Wagemakers, and will give visitors a sensory and interactive journey through the development and changes of recent decades. From post-war agricultural restructuring to today's climate challenges and consumption habits – the exhibition shows how human choices have shaped landscape, production and society.
With everything from information columns and iconic objects to sound, film and hands-on stations, it will be an exhibition that invites both immersion and reflection. And on Living Saturday you can be among the first to see how it all takes shape!
