10 am – 5 pm / Summer holiday activities / 20,- for the activity tour – the rest is free once the entrance fee has been paid.

We have packed the summer with great experiences for all ages and provided space for holiday activities, big arm movements and quiet contemplation in our large outdoor areas at The Green Museum at Gammel Estrup. Inside, we entice with our exciting exhibitions, such as STORT – Man and the Forest.

The Green Museum welcomes you to a summer filled with exciting activities and learning for the whole family. From June 29 to August 11, the museum invites guests to explore the development of farm animals from the 1960s to today through a series of fun and educational activities.

Become an expert in farm animals

During the summer holidays, guests can delve into the fascinating world of farm animals and learn about their development over the past 60 years. The activity tour includes tasks such as chicken puzzles, pig tetris and milk lifts. Once the tasks are completed, participants can enter a competition with the chance to win a prize and receive a diploma as proof of their new knowledge of farm animals.
