The scent of substitute coffee from Madam Blå wafts over when the Polakhusgruppen moves into the farm workers' housing at the Green Museum. The house, which is called Polakhus, is the only remaining of the original farm workers' housing at Gammel Estrup. You can always enter the house, but on these days you can also meet the Polakhusgruppen, busy with the laundry, in the garden, by the wood-burning stove or one of the many other activities that were part of rural life 100 years ago. But don't worry - they are never busier than when they can have a chat and a cup of hot Rich's substitute coffee with the guests.
