Cooking school with game

Due to the corona situation, we are unfortunately unable to hold cooking schools at the moment. We are working on other initiatives at Madens Hus, stay tuned. the calendar on this pageWe will also announce food schools here when we can hold them safely again.

At the Green Museum's cooking school with game in The House of Food You can find new inspiration, techniques and knowledge for using game as an ingredient in your kitchen.

We have planned a number of different game cooking schools, each focusing on different aspects, such as making gourmet food from pheasant, or using everything useful from the animal for sausages. See the calendar here on the page and get inspired.

Our game cooking schools focus on making it fun and educational. Our goal is that you can take the techniques directly home to your own kitchen and give your guests a whole new and unique experience at the dinner table. There is no requirement that you be a hunter or have access to game. We provide the game for the cooking schools, and you provide a little something to drink and a lot of enthusiasm to learn.

The instructor is one of the country's best game chefs; Rasmus Schmidt. He specializes in wild ingredients and together with his brother he runs the Norman hunting restaurant Guns N' Gourmet, where they deliver wilderness gastronomy - out in nature, where it all comes from.
