Meet the Food Guild in Madens Hus, where they work with the old historical dishes and with the old tools that existed back then. Depending on when you visit the museum, it will be different dishes and eras that the museum's volunteers in the food guild work with and from.

But no matter what they do, they always have time for a pleasant dialogue about cooking and the historical recipe they are working with.
