Visit a truly unique garden
– FREE GUIDED TOUR
In the Agricultural Botanical Garden at the Green Museum, a sea of exciting plants is grown. These are old Danish cultural and useful plants. Old varieties that contain exciting stories, and where taste is paramount. Varieties that are rare, and are grown in collaboration with the Nordic Gene Bank.
Museum curator Bettina Buhl will show different areas of the garden and talk about gardening through the ages. The focus will be on the many apple trees and varieties, of which the museum has hundreds of different varieties.
Remember to dress for the weather and enjoy late summer in the stunningly beautiful garden.
Time: September 22, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Practical information: The guided tour of the garden is free once the admission ticket has been paid.
Meeting place: The museum shop at The Green Museum (note: arrive early so you can redeem your ticket and go from the ticket office to the meeting point).
